RATS (Riverside Audio Teller System)
24-hour Telephone Access to your accounts and Financial
Transactions
Riverside Community Credit Union's Audio Teller System(RATS)
is a convenient, menu-driven service that lets you retrieve
information about your accounts and make financial transactions
24 hours a day, seven days a week. Best of all, RATS is available
to all members at no charge.
Our audio response system turns your touchtone phone into
a personal automated teller that lets you make transactions
from anywhere at any time.
When you use RATS your transactions are posted immediately
- as if you did them in person in our office.
To active our audio response system you need your complete
Member Account Number and your Access Code (the last four
digits of your Social Security Number have been assigned as
your Access Code) But, you can change this code by going to
Option 07 and assigning a code which you have selected.
