We have recently contracted with a collateral protection insurance provider, to track insurance on our collateral secured loans. If you receive a notification that we do not have proof of insurance, it is important that you contact your insurance agent and have them provide the information requested. The Insurance Center phone number is 1-800-476-7330, and you should deal directly with them. Please be aware that failure to provide this information may result in the Credit Union adding a Creditor Placed Insurance Certificate which may increase your monthly payment. This type of policy will ONLY protect the collateral held by the lien. It will not provide protection against bodily injury or property damage liability, medical payments and does not fulfill any state insurance requirements or financial responsibility laws. If you change insurance companies, make sure you notify the new company that we must be listed as a Lienholder. We appreciate your help in keeping our information current and correct. |
Member Fraud Alert!
It has come to our attention that phone calls
are being made referencing Riverside Community Credit Union. In
this automated message they ar stating that your VISA card has been
suspended and to reactivate, enter your card number. This is
NOT coming from the Credit Union, we know your card number...we would
not ask you to enter your card number into an automated system....this
is FRAUD! |
